Alan C. Sklar is a principal in Sklar Williams PLLC, which he founded in 1995. He has practiced corporate, securities, real estate, healthcare, and commercial law since the early 1980s.
Mr. Sklar previously practiced law at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp and Warren Clark & Sklar in Los Angeles, and Gordon & Silver in Las Vegas, was Managing Director of a New York-based private equity firm, and co-founded Nevada-based accountable care organization Silver State ACO.
In addition to his service on the Boards of Directors of GBank and GBank Financial Holdings Inc., Mr. Sklar is a member of the Board of Directors of numerous private for-profit corporations and of the Advisory Board of Battle Born Ventures (the State of Nevada’s venture capital investment vehicle).
Mr. Sklar is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Arts & Science (Summa Cum Laude) and School of Law, is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and other honorary societies, and has published several articles on corporate, securities, real estate, and commercial law for the Practising Law Institute and other publications. He is admitted to the state bars of Nevada and California.
